The pixel is celebrating his 50th birthday!

For this reason, we, the members of the pixelgala organisation, decided to commemorate this event
in a new way.

On our website www.pixelgala.org we created an area called
timeline that awaits your input from now on.

Note that your submission has to be in pixelart style. The
members of the pixelgala organisation are the only judges for the validation of the submissions.

The concept of our timeline is to present the last 50 years
(from 1954 - birth of pixel) till today. We need your work to
complete this timeline with an important event of the
selected year.

Examples : 1968 - Woodstock
                      1969 - Moon landing
                      1984 - Apple Macintosh

You can also think about films, stars, politics, or simply other
events that comes to your mind.
You will find the template of the submission (360px * 270px)
next to the timeline.

Note that multiple submissions are authorized. It has to be in .gif format 72dpi to be validated.

For submission please use the submission form on the site.
The submitted pictures will appear after validation in the
selected year of the timeline, with a title and the year written by the artist, his name and link of his site.

What will happen with your work?
Your work will remain on the site and is your property. If the
event is successful, we will print out a book for the anniversary including your works.
